Full overhaul
Recently we executed a complete overhaul on two hydraulic winches. The winches have been disassembled, inspected and the necessary parts have been replaced or remade. After assembly, the winches were succesfully subjected to a full load test.
This is how we make existing equipment new again. The following work is executed during the overhaul:
- Complete disassembly
- NDT inspection
- Replacing bearings
- Renewed coating
- Test break load of wire rope
- Fittings or new cable terminations
- Full load test at 28 tons
