Over the past years, DÉGRA executed a wide variety of overhauls. Whether it was to overhaul a tugger winch or a complete hydraulic system, existing equipment was given a second life.

Specializing in the overhaul of winches, hydraulic power packs, hydraulic systems, motors, pumps, and gearboxes, DÉGRA ensures that your equipment is restored to optimal condition, extending its operational life and enhancing its performance.

During such overhauls we can include non-destructive testing (NDT), exchange to biodegradable oil, dry ice cleaning, corrosion protection, functional testing and class inspection or aprroval. By combining our expertise, engineering and workshop capacities we are able to offer full service among the project, including design modifications or retrofittings.

Extended service

To extend the lifespan of your equipment you can use our services such as: onsite training, onsite condition monitoring, technical support and maintenance recommendations.

Overhauls

After inspection carried out by Hägglunds you can decide to get your drive revised. After revision, the drive is tested to factory standards; ready to serve again for decades.

Modernization

With our broad experience in Hägglunds drives we can assist you with modernization of existing equipment; including product updates and upgrades with minds set on future use. Modular Hägglunds products are ment for a lifetime of flexibility. Current spare parts can replace older parts so that you benefit from new part advances.

In-house experience

Over the years, we gained experience with the Hägglunds Viking motors. These motors are widely used among winch applications and therefore we can supply exchange motors when yours needs maintenance. Also, their corresponding accessoires like the brake bands, brake band cylinders and motor brackets are mostly in stock.
