Hydraulic Power Unit

At DÉGRA, we go the extra mile, as demonstrated by this 150 kW power pack. We were able to supply six of these. The power packs are used for immersing tunnel elements and moving heavy loads. The controls are fully customised for the various applications. A step further thanks to the HYDROCAN control system.

Fitted inside a 10ft container the EHPU is equipped with:

2 x 145 cc axial piston pumps
± 40 kW cooling capacity
Return and pressure filtration
CANBUS control system
Hydraulic connections based on customer requirements

Control System

Each HPU has its own control unit and LOP (Local Operating Panel), from which the various functions of the power pack can be controlled. Unique for this system is that two LOPs can be linked together. This enables operating two HPUs simultaneously from the LOP selected as the master, allowing the connected equipment to easily operate synchronously.
